We spent a morning of the school holidays at AQWA. We were meeting friends there and I was a little concerned about whether we would get in knowing it was popular but I a happy to say there was hardly a queue and the admission process was extremely well done, professional courteous and seamless. AQWA itself is very well done and was very much enjoyed even by the older teenagers in our group. Our favourite part is always the tunnel watching the huge stingrays glide effortlessly over head and being up close with sharks. The viewing area with the low lighting and soft relaxing music is just awesome particularly for weary mums! Even had lively young boys relaxed and enjoying the fish!

We recently purchased tickets for The Aquarium of Western Australia through Experience Oz. The booking was effortless and upon arrival the eftpos machines were down which worked out well because we got to skip the queue since we had already booked! We really enjoyed everything that AQWA had to offer and the kids were so excited, they’ve added a play ground since the last time we had visited so that’s an extra bonus as well. Beautiful day out would definitely recommend.

Not that great
Gilbert Surin 10 months ago

Not that great, the aquarium seems quite old now. The place is small and can be done within 15 minutes. Not worth it if its just adults going, it's definitely for the kiddies. Entry fee is pretty expensive as well, for something not so great. The best part about it is the shark tunnel.
